The infrastructure for exploring the countryside is very good.
A friendly taxi driver will be pleased to take you on a round-trip for several days, visiting places of cultural interest, temples, national parks, the highlands, the pilgrims’ mountain of Adam’s Peak, the gem and jewellery stores etc. However, there are also many attractive sites just for a day-tour.

National park, Buduruvagala (huge ancient Buddha Statues graved in a rock), Haputale (great viewpoint in picturesque tee estates)

5th Day
Have an easy ride back home to AquaBeach with breath taking sunsets and Tissa's delicious food …
